We received a few reports about a deceased cat that was found along the Esplanade in Rochester. We attended and retrieved the cat from the side of the bank and checked for a chip, unfortunately the cat wasn’t microchipped and it looks as though the cat had been in the water for a day or so. We couldn’t determine the sex of the cat and some of the fur has been washed away so we can’t determine exact markings either.
We will keep the cat safe at HQ and keep trying to locate an owner.
