We received a report about a deceased cat that was found along the Esplanade in Rochester. We attended as soon as we could and check the cat for a chip. The cat was chipped however there were no details recorded on the chip.
We placed the cat onto our vehicle and took him back to ALFIK HQ. The next day we started ringing around local vets and managed to find one that had implanted the cats chip, they contacted the owner then gave us the owners phone number to call. She was heartbroken and had been out looking for him all night. We took Grumpy home the same day.
Grumpy was born at the owners home and was such a lovely vocal cat that loved his mummy. He will be missed.
