A post went up on our facebook group about a cat that was found in someone’s garden, the cat refused to leave the garden so the finders decided to build a shelter for the cat. We advised a paper collar on the cat but we all soon realised the cat wasn’t going anywhere.
The finders then brought the cat to us and we checked the cat for a chip, unfortunately there was no chip found. So we placed another plea on our group with a new photo in the hopes we could locate the owner.
We noticed the cat has an issue with his eye so booked an appointment at our vet for him to be seen.
Within a day we were contacted by a lovely lady who helped Medway Street Angels, she said her cat had been missing for a very long time. So after swapping photos and matching up markings she came to view the cat today. The cat didn’t initially react to her but did with her daughter. Gingee has been missing for 3 and a half years and is now on his way home!
We would like to thank the finders for doing everything they could to keep this boy safe.
Be safe little one and happy new year!!!!
